Going through the same issue, said it got delivered at 4am but it never happened. It just showed up one day, about a week late. No response to my inquiries from HD or NSD. I have cameras, no one came that day at all. When they did come the initial day on the Nov 12 he knocked on my door and then turned around and left. Someone was there to receive the package but when they got to the door they were already gone.

If I could go and pick up my item, I would - but I'm unable to find any information on where the local terminal is physically located. Nor can I find a phone number where someone actually answers the call. For 3 weeks, NSD has held an item that belongs to me, and I would press charges if I could locate the local terminal.
I have called 8 times in 2 days to try and schedule a pickup. I have been on hold to speak with someone as long as 6 minutes and I still have not been able to speak with anyone. Not only did they deliver the wrong package. They delivered ot late, damaged and in the middle of the driveway. They were very rude and told me they will deliver the correct one and pick up wrong one on FOUR DAYS....
